Online bookings

At LOOSH families can enrol online for Before School, After School and Vacation Care through our online booking system, My Family Lounge.

Using our online system you can:

​

• Easily register your child’s details and manage your account information  

• See details of your child’s existing bookings

• Manage your existing bookings and request changes to booked days as required

• Access an online calendar where you can see availability within our centre

• Make casual bookings (where available)

• Record your child as ‘absent’ in advance, for a permanent session 

The My Family Lounge app allows you to make casual bookings or register an upcoming absence for permanent bookings. Please note that you can't make a permanent booking through the app. 

Already enrolled?

If you’re currently enrolled with us but don’t yet have access to My Family Lounge, contact us so we can activate your online account.  Please do not register for a new account.

If you have already registered for an account, you can sign in to make or change bookings, mark your child as absent or update your details.

​

We recommend that you access your bookings via the app, as this is where you can make casual bookings and vacation care bookings.  If you haven't already downloaded the app please do so above.  Alternatively, you can view your bookings via the online portal here.
